How to stop your toilet from overflowing

If you flush too much toilet paper down the toilet or it's just clogging for some reason and the water starts rising when you flush it as opposed to going down the toiler, please look to the bottom left of your toiler and there will be a metallic looking shut-off valve. Please turn that to the right (Clockwise) until the water stops.
